Faculty Development Program at SINPS

Faculty Development Program on OSCE Facilitation Training (23 April 2026)

Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences (SINPS), in association with Ebek Med, successfully organized a Faculty Development Program titled “SCE Solutions for Nursing Colleges: OSCE Facilitation Training for Nursing Faculty” on 23 April 2026 at Training Hall No. 2, SINPS. The program was conducted from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The program was inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) R.S. Dubey, Chairman, Samarpan Group, who highlighted the importance of competency-based education and the evolving role of OSCE in strengthening nursing assessment systems.

The training session was facilitated by Ms. Ekta Malik, who conducted an engaging and interactive program focusing on Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) facilitation. The session emphasized structured assessment methods, effective evaluation techniques, and practical strategies to enhance clinical teaching and examination standards in nursing education.
