Director of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow Health Department, DS Negi at the Dedication Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, located in Chinhat Road, inaugurated the 11th lamp lighting program by lighting a lamp and asked the students to study hard and move forward.
