The Lamp Lighting and Oath Taking Ceremony for our B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, and ANM Programmes took place on December 13, 2025. The event also incorporated the Chief Nursing Officers Recognition & Award Ceremony, which was held to celebrate exemplary nursing leadership from various Government, Corporate, Missionary, and Private Hospitals.
This solemn occasion signified the beginning of a sacred journey for our future nurses and serves as a tribute to distinguished nursing leaders whose dedication and service have shaped healthcare excellence. The ceremony reflected the dual spirit of initiation and inspiration, both welcoming new learners into the profession and applauding
those who have set benchmarks of excellence.
The occasion was graced by several dignitaries who also initiated the lamp lighting ceremony:
• Chief Guest: Prof. Ajay Taneja, Vice Chancellor, KMC Bhasha University, Lucknow
• Guest of Honour: Mahant Balram Das Ji Maharaj, Mahant Siddhpith, Shri Hanuman Gadhi, Ayodhya
• Special Guests: Mrs. Kumudini Mishra, President, TNAI U.P. State Branch
• Prof. Neeraj Shukla, Chief Proctor, KMC Bhasha University, Lucknow
• Sri Atma Prakash Misra, Program Head, Doordarshan, Lucknow
Please join us in celebrating all the recipients of the Nursing Chief Honour Awards presented during the Lamp Lighting Ceremony at Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow.
These awards were given to recognize and celebrate the exemplary nursing leadership demonstrated across Government, Corporate, Missionary, and Private Hospitals.
Our student, Ms. Priyanka Yadav, a gold medalist in M.Sc. Nursing, was also felicitated at the event.
