On 17/09/2025, Two faculties : Ms. Sakshi Singh & Mr. Praveen Shukla accompanied 40 students of Samarpan Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences to the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Scientific Convention Centre - where the Honourable Chief Minister GOUP Shri Yogi Adityanath, along with the Deputy Chief Ministers Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya & Shri Brajesh Pathak , Hon’ble Cabinet Minister- shreemati Baby Rani Maurya; Women welfare,Child development and Nutrition and Hon’ble Minister of State - shreemati Pratibha Shukla ; Women Welfare, Child Development and Nutrition, GOUP inaugurated the “Swasthya Nari, Shashakt Parivar Yojana.”
The programme commenced with a live telecast of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s address to the people of Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, marking the launch of the “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan.” This nationwide campaign is aimed at empowering citizens through health, nutrition, and digital inclusion, with a strong focus on women-centric health initiatives. On the same occasion, the Prime Minister also inaugurated India’s largest PM MITRA Textile Park and commemorated Vishwakarma Jayanti as well as Hyderabad Liberation Day.
Following this, the gathering was addressed by the Deputy Chief Ministers, Cabinet Minister, and Minister of State for Women Welfare, Child Development and Nutrition and at last by the Hon’ble CM, GOUP. In their speeches, they highlighted the state’s commitment towards women’s health, nutrition, empowerment, and holistic family welfare, while encouraging youth participation in building a healthier society.
At the Convention Centre, the Hon’ble Chief Minister also felicitated Raktdaatas (blood donors), Poshan Potli Vitran Daatas, infants and Anganwadi workers who successfully overcame malnutrition challenges, thereby transforming their journey into one of healthy growth. Additionally, a new Dishanirdesh was formally launched during the event.
The programme provided valuable exposure to our students, enabling them to witness first-hand the convergence of health, nutrition, and empowerment initiatives being undertaken at both the state and national level.
