World Suicide Prevention Day

Samarpan Institute Of Nursing And Paramedical Sciences organised World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10.

The theme is "Changing the Narrative on Suicide" This theme encourages open conversations to break the stigma around suicide, support mental health, and prioritize care. And the goal of the day is The aims to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage actions that can help save lives.

Talk about suicide and mental health to break the stigma. Be aware of signs like talking about wanting to die, withdrawing from activities, or sudden mood changes.

Offer help and encourage professional support for those struggling .And the day is celebrated under the guidance of Mental Health Department Mr. Satish Sharma,Miss Aaknksha Srivastava and Miss. Divya Mishra with the batch of B.Sc.5th semester.
