Samarpan Institute of nursing and paramedical sciences, Lucknow conducted 4th National Workshop on “RESPECTFUL MATERNITY CARE” on 05.08.24 to 07.08.24.
TOPIC: - “EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND FLAWLESS MATERNINTY CARE ON THE OCCASION OF WORLD BREAST FEEDING WEEK”.
Benefits of the workshop
-Hands on training on ND, AMTSL, NBR, & NBC -Recognise and initiate early management of high-risk cases
-Learn respectful maternity care.
RMC encompasses all the elements of women’s care throughout pregnancy, birth & postpartum care including verbal & nonverbal communication. In this 03 days workshop participants hands on instructions for NVD, AMTSL, NBC & NBR. This workshop has impacted on participants attitude regarding RMC, increase their competency in improving patient’s outcome and teach them how to implement this practice in their workplace and with colleagues who care for mother and babies.
