Cervical Cancer is the fourth most frequent cancer in women and India accounts for the highest number of cervical cancer cases in Asia. Given the large number of women affected by this form of cancer, there is a need to create awareness about the causes, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
Led by the Obstetrics and OBG department, a cervical cancer awareness program was conducted on campus to familiarize students with the information on Cervical Cancer.
