Toxics Link is a Non-Government Organization based in Delhi, working on issues related to the environment for more than two decades and biomedical waste management is one of our flagship programs. Currently, in collaboration with WHO, we are engaged in a project aimed at enhancing biomedical waste management across the country.
This project aims to enhance existing mechanisms and build capacity, emphasizing the Importance of Occupational Health and Safety in establishing more efficient and secure waste management processes. As part of our webinar series within this initiative, we have chosen to explore the theme of “Safeguarding Healthcare Professionals during Biomedical Waste Management.” The upcoming webinar aims to gain insights and foster capacity-building for occupational health, focusing on the context of Uttar Pradesh.
